Software studio

We build softwarethat has to hold.

Custom systems and AI products, scoped to each client. Our own software, run in production. Built to the region you ship in — and to a bar that does not move.

What we're building

Custom work. Our own products. One standard.

Custom systems and AI products for other companies. Software we run ourselves. All of it enterprise-grade, and compliant for the region it ships in.

01

Custom client systems

The backends, internal tools, and operational software that let a company actually run — scoped to that company, not a catalog of packages.

02

AI products

Calling agents, assistants, and the systems around them. Built to do the job in production — not to demo well in a slide.

03

Products we run ourselves

Including Zendrock, a release-verification layer. We use it to fund the studio and to stress-test the same engineering we bring to client work.

04

The bar does not move

Enterprise-grade, fully compliant for the region the product lives in. Architecture, performance, and optimization are in the brief — not a later pass.

What we ship. How we hold the bar.

AI products, custom systems, and software we run ourselves. Enterprise-grade, fully compliant for the region it lives in.

Agents that work the phone. Assistants that work the desk.

We build AI calling agents, AI assistants, and the operational systems around them, scoped to the job, not a catalog of bots. Same production bar as everything else we ship.

  • Voice agents for inbound and outbound work
  • Assistants wired into the tools your team already uses
  • Handoff, logging, and the unglamorous parts that make it hold
  • CACanada
  • EUEuropean Union
  • USUnited States
  • PKPakistan

A product we run

Zendrock, the verification layer.

One of our own products. It scores a release from the systems you already run — and it is how we stress-test the same architecture and compliance bar we bring to client work.

Release verification

Every deploy is checked against health, error budgets, and change windows before it is allowed to proceed.

Live system truth

One view of services, dependencies, and the signals that actually decide a go or no-go.

Policy as a gate

Encode how your team ships. Zendrock enforces it without turning into a ticket queue.

Post-deploy confirmation

Know, in minutes, whether the release held — or whether it needs a rollback.

How we work

Custom-scoped. Not a catalog.

We build software to each client's needs — no fixed packages, no generic tiers. We also build and maintain our own products, including AI calling agents and assistants, which fund the studio and keep the craft honest.

Step 01

Discovery call

We listen to the system you have and the work you need done. No pitch deck. If it is not a fit, we say so.

If that sounds like how you already work, start with a conversation.

Or read why we exist.

Why we exist

A new studio. Not a new story about traction.

Zendrock is built by people who have shipped production software before — and got tired of the gap between a careful team and a system that was never asked.

We started here so the work could be both custom and exacting: systems for other companies, AI products we ship — calling agents, assistants, the operational layer around them — and a bar that does not wait for a logo wall to exist. Canadian, EU, US, and Pakistani compliance is part of that bar. So is the architecture.

Founding engagements

We're taking on a small number of founding clients.

No packages. No fake waitlist. Custom systems, AI products, fully compliant for the region they ship in. If the work is a fit, we start with a discovery call.
