We build calling agents, assistants, and the operational software around them, and we run products of our own. The work has to hold in production, in the region it ships, and against a bar we wrote down so every application is consistent.
We started here because too many releases were declared “fine” in a chat thread. The people who shipped them were careful. The systems were not asked. Asking first, and writing down the answer, is still how we work.
